All properties have a change over on a Saturday and are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure. Other start days may be available on request.

Please note that towels (hand / bath / beach / dog) are NOT included in the rental for hygiene and storage reasons.

Domestic use of electricity and heating included - subject to reasonable usage limits - excessive usage will be charged at our metered rate. Charging of EVs from cottages is specifically NOT PERMITTED - charging stations are available in Bideford, Torrington and Barnstaple. To avoid anyone feeling that they are being penalised please note that we do not supply petrol or diesel for vehicles either.

Cots and highchairs are available for all properties on request (please note that bed linen is not supplied for cots).

Whilst we offer self catering accommodation, we do provide a small welcome pack so that you can make a cup of tea or coffee whilst unpacking and settling in but after that it is down to you! The kitchens are equipped with most items that have been needed over the years - however if you have specific requirements in addition to what we already provide please let us know and we will help if we can.

Dogs are welcome at Craneham, with no charge for one dog per cottage when booking directly with us - additional dogs by individual arrangement at a surcharge of £25 per extra dog per week or part week. Please note that a maximum of 2 small/medium sized dogs (or 1 medium/large dog) are allowed in Beech Lodge due to the compact nature of the property. Dog owners are to provide their own dog beds / blankets / feed and water bowls.
